Tapered Plastic Caps & Plastic Plugs

SP33000 Series

Our most versatile closures! Tapered body provides firm friction fit as a cap or plug. Volume production allows for low pricing.

To fit all BSP, NPT and Metric sizes from 1/8" to 6" (3mm to 152mm). Choose from the heavy duty range or low cost Niagara range.

T Series

Hi temperature protection to 240°C with TPR-Thermoplastic rubber. TPR is resistant to acids, alkalines, ozone and weathering. They are more flexible making them easier to install and remove. An ideal paint mask in high temperature drying ovens.

To fit BSP, NPT and Metric sizes from 1/8" to 2-1/8" (3mm to 54mm).

Tear Tab Caps

TU Series

Protect pipe threads from damage. Easy to use Tear Tab Caps employ friction for a snug fit. To remove simply pull the tear tab and discard.

Fits SAE sizes.

Designed for male threads on standard threaded studs and fittings.

Pliable vinyl caps stretch to fit for ideal protection where tolerances vary. They resist tearing and cracking. The high temperature yellow caps withstand up to 240°C. Smooth attractive appearance. Hugh range of sizes from 1.70mm to 60mm. Custom sizes are available.

Standard Pull Caps - PC Series

Pliable round PVC caps feature an extended pull tab for easy removal. Will stretch to fit slight variations on tubing. Ideal paint masks. Standard material protects up to 75°C.

Ribbed Inserts

Standard Round Ribbed Inserts - RR Series

Available in Imperial and Metric sizes from 1/2" up to 110mm. Stocked in Black LDPE but available in a wide range of other standard colours (available to Get Quoted on). All inserts are measured by the outer head size, with varying rib sizes to accommodate different gauge wall thicknesses.
