Today, quality is a “given”, and so high quality standards are a fundamental part of the Data Plastics operation. We were delighted when in May 2008 the Rt Hon David Cameron MP visited Data Plastics Ltd to present Quality Assurance Manager Paul Cotterell with no less than three quality awards.
Our three quality awards are maintained by our experienced Quality Assurance Manager Paul Cotterell and his team of inspectors who monitor all aspects of our manufacturing operation. We operate BS EN IS0 9001-2000 across our company and we monitor quality issues both on a part-per-million and a cost-of-quality basis and we publish and display these results for our staff and our customers to see. BS EN ISO 14001-2004 allows us to be a “Green” company, mindful of our carbon footprint and our impact on the environment. BS EN ISO 13485-2003 relates to our cleanroom operation where we maintain a class 7 standard for the production of medical and biomedical components. The three certificates are reproduced below. |
