Appreciating that customers need to buy good quality tooling at the lowest possible prices, we have evolved the following strategy:

THE ESSENTIALS

Our toolmakers design and carefully specify the tooling you need and we also produce prototypes in-house if required.

We either place your order with a Chinese toolmaker that we know produces excellent quality tooling, or we make the tool in-house here in Witney. We choose the option that shows the lowest cost and the fastest delivery for your order. Needless to say we maintain your tools in-house.

Tool Ownership - Tool ownership is yours; we avoid so-called part tooling deals designed to restrict your freedom to change.

High Quality - From design to tool production, from moulding to delivery, our entire system complies with BS EN ISO 9001:2000

Price Stability - We guarantee a fixed annual price for your custom parts so that you know exactly what your costs will be.

Help and Advice - We aim to provide superior customer service levels and are always on hand to work with you to obtain the most economical and best designed product for your needs.

Our tooling spans from 15 tons to 260 tons which means we can run virtually any mould tool you may be currently placing elsewhere. Our large number of moulding machines with a 24 hour per day manufacturing operation means that we can offer reduced lead times and faster deliveries to you.
