If your company buys
cleanroom parts you know that just having a cleanroom is only one part of the story. The real skill is in maintaining outstanding systems of handling and control with a skilled and dedicated workforce.
The
cleanroom contains a fully automatic loading system, robot spru pickers, automatic colour dosers, closed-loop granulators with proportional valves to use every grain of material efficiently, full air conditioning in a purpose built, positively - pressured
cleanroom. With this amount of investment the traditional machine-minder role has given way to that of quality inspector.
We currently mould a cleanliness testing kit that needs to be manufactured in an “inherently clean” environment because, for technical reasons, the parts cannot be irradiated. We also mould components used on breathing apparatus,
caps and plugs, measuring devices, dose control devices, containers, medical devices used internally and many other similar items.
The dedicated, modern Negri-Bossi machines operate on a twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week basis (except for a weekly close down to clean the facility from top to bottom) to ensure that we can offer you maximum production from your tooling and the keenest prices.
